Hello again...first, thank you for answering my last question so swiftly, the pear trees all bloomed at the same time that was a great sign.
I was hoping you would be able to help me again.
I also have three dwarf apple trees in the yard 2 goodland and 1 norland. The goodland are perfect but the norland seems to have a very fuzzy grey stuff at the tips of the limbs going an inch and a half down the branch. Is this some sort of fungus?....Thank you for the help.

Brady,
This is most likely lichen and it is perfectly normal. Lichen are composite organisms consisting of a symbiotic association of a fungus (the mycobiont) with a photosynthetic partner (your tree!). You shouldn't have anything to worry about but if you start noticing other issues it would be best to have someone local come out and inspect the tree. Hope this helps!
