I live in Placer Co, Ca and have a Digger Pine in my backyard that is very large and very old. I can live with all the Pine needles but the sap falling from the tree is creating many problems.
I would like to know if there is any way to patch the leaks? Is there anything that will seal them?
I would like to remove it but they want $3500.00 to remove it.

15 yr old japanese maple 15 -18 ft tall
this fall the tree leaves turned brown and did not fall off one small section is the ruby red fall color what's wrong help

Hello I hope you can help. I recently bought a royal purple smoke tree. I live in climate 10 i think? Long Beach California. My tree is turning brown in the leaves and am wondering if i have it in too much sun. What are the best ways to care for a smoke tree in the climate i am living. The sun down here seems so deadly. Please any advice will help.

I have an enormous sugar maple in my yard, here in South Dakota. This year it is shedding those brown seeds ( helicopter looking ). I have lived here for 8 years, and really never paid attention, but this year they are falling like snow, and coating my lawn, garden and flowers. I can only get about 50% of them when I mow with the bagger. It has been very windy the past couple of weeks, but I'm sure it's been windy before. It is an unbelievable amount of seedlings. I have a large pine tree in my backyard that was once a very colorful thriving tree. For some reason, the pine needles are brown and the twigs snap off very easily. I have a pine bush that is starting to show the same signs. I have a few spruce trees that also appear to be dying. I don't know what to do (or not to do).

We have two large pecan trees that are about 18 years old. They have lots of pecans on them but nothing inside the nuts. What should we be fertilizing them with?

I have heard that fall is a good time to plant new trees. My question is, how late is too late to plant a new tree before the cold winter temperatures could adversely affect growth?

i have a lot of large oak , maple ,pecan trees and had a very large bradford pear tree but the last wind storm took it. all of the trees in my yard have lines of holes about the size of a pincel bored in the trunks what are these caused by and how do i treat this problem. it is making them very weak an causeing breakage.
