I had 8 trees removed, stumps and trimming done. I was not home but came home to a very clean yard and was very impressed with the work they had done. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would get them again for more work in the future.

We much appreciated the quality of work done by Joseph Tree Service. Customer service was excellent. Just being nice is often underrated, but it matters alot when you're faced with the pain of losing four large trees and the potential risk to surrounding buildings and property. David and Michael earned 5 stars plus in this category. They were very conscientious about doing a good job and completed additional pruning on other trees without extra charge. They worked very efficiently and completed a big job in two days. The original estimate was very competitive and there were no surprises in the final bill. We would highly recommend Joseph Tree Service.

Just wanted to let you know what a great job you guys did. I had a tree removed in my front yard and pruning done to some larger trees and what a difference it made to the look of the yard/house! Dave was very nice, returning my phone calls quickly and answering all my questions. I'll definitely be referring friends and family when they are looking for a tree service.

I went home at lunch to see how the tree removal was coming along - it was so clean I thought at first they hadn't come and then I looked and...no tree!! No stump so sign of a mess. Amazing!!

My experience with Joseph Tree Service was extremely positive. I was easily able to schedule an appointment for a quote through their website an received a prompt response. Additionally, all of my communications with both Michael and Dave Joseph were prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Joseph Tree Service and plan to use them again in the future.

This is the 2nd large tree your business has cut down and like the first time, you exceeded my expectations. I wish all businesses were run like yours. Professional, friendly, and experienced. Joseph Tree Service did a fantastic job taking down 2 very tall trees in our yard. I submitted a request for an estimate online, and they we back in touch with us promptly, and returned an estimate that was very reasonable. Dave was courteous and professional throughout the process and kept me informed when some bad weather had to delay our service by a day. The next day I returned home from work to find the trees gone, the stumps ground, and no other evidence that they had even been there. A neighbor even mentioned how professional they were while working at our house. I highly recommend Joseph Tree Service and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I have to say I have worked with many companies in the past and I found Joseph Tree Service to be the best. The website is easy to use, they responded very quickly to the request for a quote and the price quoted was the price for the job . I made the request for the estimate at very busy time, the end of an ice storm, and they were out the next day to do the job. Looking at the work they did for me, removing a tree, fixing a tree that had numerous broken limbs, and correcting the growth pattern of another tree, I was very pleased by their work. They also did a fabulous job with the clean up.
I would highly recommend Joseph Tree Service. Very professional.

Joseph Tree Service was very professional. They kept me informed of what they were doing and when they were doing it. There was a slight problem with a branch busting a hole in our pavement and they offered to fix it. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We were pleased with the entire project from the emailed estimate, the phone call to alert us to the change in schedule, to the finished job and cleaned yards. I was so glad to see the tree in front and those overgrown bushes in our back yard gone - all in about three hours! We will recommend Joseph Tree Service to family and friends.

Everything looks great. The only small oversight was leaving the patio furniture in the lawn (which honestly isn't a big deal and I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't mow the lawn last night). Thanks! We it was a long time coming, but we finally got the tree down!
Overall I was very satisfied with the work and professionalism of Joseph tree service. I particularly appreciate your web presence and the ability to email. Not many service providers have this capability, but since its a preferred method of communication for me (because it's easy and it leaves a paper trail) I think it helps set Josephs tree service apart.

I wasn't here while you were doing the work, but I came home and you couldn't even tell you'd been here, other than the fact that the tree was down! Great work and clean up. I'm assuming this will alleviate any root problems in the future as far as my sewer lines and that all roots are dead?

I wish I would have known that we could have arranged to keep some of the wood for firewood ahead of time - I didn't think of it but had it been mentioned, it would have been nice. Thank you for doing a great job. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The stump was ground down well below the surface allowing ample space for planting a new tree and all debris was removed from the area. My husband and I are very impressed with everything about Joseph Tree Service -from the first contact through the completion of the job. The two things that really stand out are the web site and the fact that the trees have been rendered safer without any harm to them (no bolts or screws used in the cabling). And they are reasonable!!

Dave and Michael did an awesome job of removing a very large (dying) oak tree in our backyard in Grandview, Ohio.
Before making the decision to use Joseph Tree Service we had received 2 additional quotes from respected and recommended Tree Service companies in the Columbus area. We choose Joseph Tree Service because they have a great website, they provided us the best quote, and I trusted they would take care of everything promised after speaking with Dave.
Dave and Michael are both super friendly; carry themselves in a professional manner; and demonstrate a lot skill with their equipment.
Their experience showed when they made removing a large oak tree by our garage and a lot of utility lines look simple. It was clear that safety was of the utmost importance. They used quality equipment and methodically executed a good plan from start to finish.

I thought you did a great job cleaning up. My only criticism is that the cut is not level (that's why I only gave that section 4 stars - if you had a 4 and 1/2 option, I would have marked that).
